Major Systems

Cashion Plant The Cashion System is located in Oklahoma, Logan, Canadian and Kingfisher Counties, Oklahoma and is comprised of approximately 91 miles of pipeline that provides compression, processing and gathering services to 80 wells. The Cashion System operates two gas processing plants that have a combined capacity of approximately 22,000 MMcf/day with residue gas deliveries into Oneok Gas Transportation and Southern Star Pipeline. The Natural Gas Liquids are delivered into Oneok.

Hemphill Plant The Hemphill System is located in Hemphill and Roberts Counties, Texas and is comprised of approximately 55 miles of pipeline that provides compression, processing and gathering services to 160 wells. The Hemphill System operates two gas processing plants with a combined capacity of 28,000 MMcf/day with residue gas deliveries into Southern Star Pipeline and Oneok Westex Pipeline. The Natural Gas Liquids are delivered into Oneok.

Perkins
The Perkins System is located in Logan, Lincoln and Payne Counties, Oklahoma and is comprised of approximately 55 miles of pipeline that provides compression, processing and gathering services to 32 wells. The Perkins System operates one processing plant that has capacity of 10,000 MMcf/day with residue deliveries into Southern Star Pipeline. The Natural Gas Liquids are delivered into Oneok.

Minco
The Minco System is located in Oklahoma, Cleveland, Canadian and Grady Counties, Oklahoma and is comprised of approximately 123 miles of pipeline that provides compression, processing and gathering services to 140 wells. The Minco System operates one processing plant that has capacity of 12,000 MMcf/day with residue gas deliveries into Oneok Gas Transportation. The Natural Gas Liquids are delivered into Oneok.

Panola
The Panola system is located in Latimer County, Oklahoma and is comprised of approximately 17 miles of pipeline that provides compression, treating and gathering services to 34 wells. The Panola System operates two amine treating plants that have capacity of 80,000 MMcf/day with residue gas deliveries into NGPL and Centerpoint Pipeline.

Segno
The Segno System is located in Polk and Tyler Counties, Texas and is comprised of 15 miles of pipeline that provides gathering services to 20 wells. The Segno System is gathering approximately 27,000 MMcf/day with residue gas deliveries into Enterprise Pipeline Company.
