Superior operates our business in the five following geographic areas: the Texas/Oklahoma panhandle, Central/Western Oklahoma, Southeastern Oklahoma, Southeast Texas and Appalachia, which includes Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
We own and operate over 860 miles of pipeline, own 10 gas processing plants and three natural gas treating plants. Superior has throughput volumes of over 187,000 MMbtu/d and over 282,000 gallons/d of natural gas liquids.

| Hemphill/Mendota gathering and processing facility consists of three turbo-expander and one refrigerated/JT processing plants, central compression and dehydration facilities, and a low-pressure gathering system located in Hemphill and Roberts Counties, Texas. The gathering system has over 130 miles of pipeline ranging from four inches to twelve inches in diameter and includes over 25,000 HP of compression capacity. The Hemphill processing facility has a total processing capacity of approximately 100 MMcf/d with residue gas being delivered into Southern Star, Westex and Northern Natural Gas pipelines. The natural gas liquids are delivered into ONEOK’s liquid pipeline for ultimate delivery to Conway fractionation facility. |

| The Cashion gathering and processing facility consists of one turbo-expander and one refrigerated/JT processing plants, central compression and dehydration facilities, and a low pressure gathering system located in Logan, Oklahoma, Canadian and Kingfisher Counties in Oklahoma. The gathering system has over 140 miles of pipeline ranging from three inches to fourteen inches in diameter and includes over 10,000 HP of compression capacity. The Cashion processing facility has a total processing capacity of approximately 25 MMcf/d with residue gas being delivered into Oklahoma Gas Transportation pipeline. The natural gas liquids are delivered into ONEOK’s liquid pipeline for transportation to Conway fractionation facilities. |

| The Panola gathering and treating facility consists of a low pressure gathering system, compression, dehydration and treating facilities located in Latimer County, Oklahoma. The gathering system has over forty-five miles of pipeline ranging from three inches to twelve inches in diameter. The gas is treated through two amine treatment plants with a combined treating capacity of 180 gpm (gallons per minute) with the residue gas being delivered into NGPL and Centerpoint pipelines. |

| Bruceton Mills gathering system is currently under construction in Preston County, West Virginia. Upon completion in Mid-2011, this system will consist of sixteen miles of sixteen inch pipeline with a throughput capacity of 220 MMcf/d. The gathering system will also provide centralized compression and dehydration services. The residue gas will be delivered into Columbia pipeline. |
